These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Press Studio website, web-based services, and Android application (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Press Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About Press Studio

Press Studio is a template-based design and photocard creation platform.

The Service provides ready-made templates that users can customize by changing or adding available content, including:

• Images
• Photographs
• Logos
• Text
• Other supported design elements

Depending on the available features, users may resize or adjust supported elements within the provided templates.

Press Studio is not a fully open-ended graphic design platform. The design tools and customization options available to users are limited to the features provided within the Service.

2. Website and Android Application

Press Studio is available through our website and Android application.

The Press Studio Android application may provide access to the same or substantially similar web-based functionality through a WebView or other supported application interface.

These Terms apply to your use of both the website and the Android application unless a specific section states otherwise.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create a Press Studio account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
• Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.

You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Press Studio may suspend or restrict access to an account where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

4. Free Package

Press Studio may offer a free package or free trial package.

The free package may be claimed or used a maximum of three (3) times per eligible user or account, unless Press Studio clearly states otherwise.

Press Studio reserves the right to determine eligibility for the free package and may restrict, suspend, or refuse access where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Multiple accounts created to bypass the free package limit.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Abuse of the free package system.
• Automated or unauthorized use.
• Other misuse of the Service.

The availability, features, limitations, and duration of the free package may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5. Paid Packages and Orders

Press Studio may offer paid packages that provide access to specific features or services for a defined period.

When you place an order for a package, you are responsible for providing accurate payment and account information.

Available payment methods may include:

• Nagad
• Bank payment

Package pricing, duration, features, and availability may be displayed on the Service and may change from time to time.

A package is not guaranteed to be active until the relevant payment has been successfully confirmed and processed by the Press Studio system.

6. Payment Confirmation and Package Activation

After successful payment confirmation, the applicable package may be activated automatically.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information and transaction details are accurate.

If there is a technical issue, payment verification issue, or activation problem, you may contact Press Studio support using the contact information provided on the Service.

Press Studio reserves the right to review or delay package activation where a transaction appears to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise requires verification.

7. Refund Policy

Once a package has been successfully activated, payments are generally non-refundable.

Users should review the package details before completing a payment.

A refund will not normally be provided simply because:

• The user no longer wishes to use the Service.
• The package has already been activated.
• The user did not use all available package features.
• The user did not use the Service during the package period.

Any applicable exceptions may be handled in accordance with the Press Studio Refund & Cancellation Policy or as required by applicable law.

8. Incorrect or Wrong Payments

If you make a payment incorrectly or experience a payment-related issue, you should contact Press Studio support as soon as possible.

We will review the available transaction information and make reasonable efforts to determine an appropriate resolution.

Resolution may depend on:

• The payment provider.
• Transaction verification.
• Available transaction records.
• The nature of the payment issue.

Press Studio may require proof of payment or additional transaction information before taking action.

9. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is successfully verified, Press Studio may provide an extension to the applicable package or subscription period instead of issuing a cash refund.

The extension period will depend on the applicable package and the verified duplicate payment.

Press Studio reserves the right to investigate suspected duplicate or fraudulent transactions before applying any extension.

10. Package Expiration and Renewal

Each package is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or activation.

When a package expires, you may be required to purchase or renew a package to continue using package-specific features.

Press Studio is not responsible for any interruption of access resulting from the expiration of your package.

Users are responsible for renewing their packages if they wish to continue using the applicable paid features.

11. User Content and Responsibility

Users may upload images, logos, photographs, text, and other supported content for use within Press Studio templates.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, create, modify, or use through the Service.

By uploading or using content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights and permission to use it.
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Your content does not violate applicable laws.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the owner of the content.

Press Studio does not verify the ownership or legality of every item of content uploaded by users.

12. Prohibited Content and Activities

You must not use Press Studio to upload, create, distribute, or promote content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Copyright-infringing material.
• Unauthorized trademarks or logos.
• Content that violates another person's privacy.
• Fraudulent or deceptive content.
• Impersonation or identity misuse.
• Malicious software or harmful files.
• Illegal content.
• Content intended to facilitate unlawful activity.
• Attempts to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Automated abuse or unauthorized use of the Service.
• Attempts to bypass package limits or access restrictions.

Press Studio may remove, restrict, or suspend access related to prohibited activity where reasonably necessary.

13. Intellectual Property and Press Studio Materials

Press Studio and its underlying software, templates, branding, layouts, graphics, design elements, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, users may not:

• Copy Press Studio templates for resale.
• Redistribute or publish the underlying templates.
• Sell or sublicense Press Studio's proprietary materials.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Service for the purpose of creating a competing platform.

Users may use the templates and features made available through their valid Press Studio package, subject to these Terms.

14. Generated and Downloaded Designs

Press Studio allows users to create customized designs using the available templates and supported editing features.

Depending on the available functionality, completed designs may be downloaded as image files.

Press Studio may not provide permanent storage or saving of completed designs.

Users are responsible for downloading and securely storing their completed designs.

Press Studio is not responsible for designs or files that a user fails to download or retain.

15. Availability of the Service

We aim to provide reliable access to Press Studio, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance.
• Technical issues.
• Server problems.
• Internet connectivity issues.
• Security updates.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Press Studio may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary.

16. Account Suspension or Termination

Press Studio may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent payment activity.
• Abuse of the free package system.
• Copyright infringement.
• Illegal activity.
• Security risks.
• Unauthorized access attempts.
• Misuse of the Service.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, Press Studio may provide notice before taking such action.

Termination or suspension does not automatically create a right to a refund.

17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Press Studio provides the Service on an “as available” basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality and security of the Service, we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Every template or feature will always be available.
• Generated or downloaded designs will meet every user's specific requirement.
• The Service will be compatible with every device, browser, or operating system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Press Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Privacy

Your use of Press Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and Android application.

By using Press Studio, you acknowledge that your information may be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to the Service and These Terms

Press Studio may update, modify, add, or remove features, packages, pricing, or other aspects of the Service from time to time.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Continued use of Press Studio after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute relating to the use of Press Studio should first be addressed by contacting Press Studio directly so that we may attempt to resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
